Puratos Grand-Place

Puratos Grand-Place Vietnam is a joint venture between Puratos Group and the Belgian chocolatier Grand-Place, established to meet the growing demand in Vietnam's bakery, patisserie, and chocolate sectors. Launched in January 2013, Puratos owns 70% of this venture while Grand-Place holds 30%. The partnership involves an investment of $10 million over five years, focusing on bakery, patisserie, and chocolate products, along with a new R&D center and a vertical integration project for the cocoa sector
