BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – KOREAN DESK
Job Summary
In this role, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business to grow market share to meet sales target, increasing revenue, using the budget efficiently, training and developing staff, improving the quality of customers service according to the company’s plan.
Main Responsibilities
- Work to develop a pipeline of project opportunities to achieve sales levels at to be agreed targets.
- Develop new customer accounts, by showcasing company capability and services.
- Establish, develop and maintain good internal and external contacts.
- Prepare a marketing plan, including the formulation of a plan of action per client. In charge of marketing activities for branding purpose & increase company's awareness on the strategy markets.
- Prepare proposals, negotiating contractual agreements, in accordance with legislation and regulations, contractual agreements, within the framework of risk analysis.
- Analysis the cases to find the way how to submit the proposals, convince clients and win the projects.
- Do customer after-sales service and settle all complains from clients.
- Report regularly to the Business Development Director on the progress of marketing plans and account management.
- Organize client events, create internal and external networking.
- Perform other jobs under the requests of company.
Requirements
Language
- Good English communication.
Related experiences
- At least 5 years working experience in a similar position, priority is given to candidates with experience & knowledge in renewable energy, B2B, project sales….
- Good sales skills and good knowledge of the market.
- Willing to travel domestically on a regular basis to meet with clients
- Good analytical ability, team-work
- Self motivated and demonstrates initiative
- Can work unsupervised, under pressure and meet timelines.
