Trade Marketing Executive

Job description

In this role, the Trade Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing, managing marketing plans and timelines to deliver marketing campaigns on time and escalate any issues that may prevent on-time delivery for the purpose of maintaining and improving the company market and brand position.

  • Execute plans that may include participation in industry conferences and events, webinars, website updates, email campaigns aiming.
  • Build the plan to approach potential clients who have concerns about green power, cost savings, CSR, etc. to drive the customer recruitment and engagement.
  • Organize marketing activities, promotions, and events.
  • Draft and sign notification, contract, documents.
  • Brief and coordinate with agencies to executive logistics activities efficiently.
  • Evaluate agencies and the effectiveness of the programs.
  • Control budget and adjust the plan according to the actual situation.
  • Payment: Summary and make all payments tp third parties/ agencies
  • Develop B2B marketing plan together with Management for rooftop solar industry in Vietnam and region.

Requirments

Related Skills/ Experience

  • Ability to plan and organize implementation according to the proposed plan.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, and other related majors.
  • Agile, high sense of responsibility, able to work independently or in groups.
